"I love working at WinShape because of the value they place on their employees and vulnerable children. I am especially passionate about training and assessing foster parents in order to equip and empower them for their journey. Some foster parents come with a lot of parenting experience and some are brand new parents; both circumstances provide them with the opportunity to grow in their faith, learn new parenting skills and create a new story for their family and their foster children."

Janine Leone started as the Home Study Consultant for WinShape Homes in October of 2017. She is an integral part of the work we do at WinShape Homes and does all her work with excellence. Before coming to WSH she was a Birth Mother Caseworker for a private adoption agency and home study consultant for private child placement agency.

Janine is a mother to four boys and has been married 31 years. She is a third generation Italian-American originally from NY. She loves to read, worship Jesus, exercise, hang out with family and watch historical fiction series or movies.
