Phil Bradfield

Clinical Director

Phil Bradfield is the Clinical Director at WinShape Homes. He started in March of 2018 and has brought a whole new perspective to the team. As the Clinical Director, he has the opportunity to serve the house parents and children in a unique way, where he works to predict and prevent a crisis. Phil also has a strong passion for bringing together his faith and his calling in clinical care.

"I am excited about working for WinShape Homes because it provides an opportunity to integrate my clinical counseling training into my Biblical faith. When those two are combined, it allows for the inner healing ministry of Christ."

Before coming to WinShape Homes, Phil was serving as the Clinical Director at Riverwoods Behavioural Health System. Phil has an educational background that includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from GA state, Master's in Counseling from Argosy University, and he is currently wrapping up his Doctorate in Counseling Education and Supervision from Argosy University
