In 2017, Rhonda joined our team as our first full-time Intake Counselor. She has systematized our process for both the foster care and group care programs. She applies a clinical lens to assess if we are the best program to meet the individual needs of a child. She also assists in training new foster parents and leading support groups. Prior to her role at WinShape, she served as a trauma therapist for children in foster care. Rhonda has a BSW, an MSSW and is a licensed social worker.

Rhonda enjoys spending time with her husband and best friend of 29 years, her 4 children, 2 daughters-in-love and 2 grandchildren. She loves reading, helping in her church, traveling and especially serving on mission trips.
