Riley Green

Senior Director

Riley is passionate about connecting hurting children to families who love Christ. Alongside his wife, Riley had the opportunity to foster two girls and do respite care for other foster parents. Through these experiences, he grew his love for the work he does now. They also learned first hand the difficulties and joys of foster care. He is an advocate for kids in need and loves to work for that purpose every day as Senior Director of WinShape Homes.

Riley started with WinShape Homes in June of 2016. He leads all areas of WinShape Homes working closely with every department to move the mission forward. In his own words "90% of our work is accomplished inside the homes," and he loves to visit with the foster parents to support them. Before coming to WinShape Riley served as the Vice President of Administration for Alabama Baptist Children's Homes and Family Ministries for 20 years. In his free time, Riley enjoys long walks in the woods and beach, reading, and discussing theology.
