Sharita Austin

Case Manager

Sharita Austin is a Case Manager for the Foster Care program at Winshape Homes. She started in her current role in August of 2018. She works closely with foster families to support them with a high level of committed care. She enjoys building relationships with our families as well as visiting the schools and daycares to check in on the children. Sharita loves being able to watch and support the children as they build relationships and learn to thrive in a new environment. Sharita has a wealth of knowledge regarding policies, procedures, and resources that enables her to go the extra mile when serving her families.

Before coming to winShape Homes, Sharita served as a Case Manager for the Division of Family and Child Services in Child Protective Services. She has an Undergrad degree in Sociology and Anthropology and a Graduate degree in Human and Social Services.
